Our promise to you
Movement Matters commits to providing an excellent service to the public. We offer a non bias or discriminatory approach to helping our clients achieve their goals. We aim provide utter most respect to ones culture, beliefs, ethnicity, gender, age, and sexuality. You will treatment session will typically include an assessment, treatment, and rehabilitation by a qualified and registered clinician.

Your promise to us
​We ask that you please respect our staff, and avoid any aggressive behaviours. Please try and aim to arrive 5mins prior to your appointment.
Please communicate clearly with our staff with expectations, goals, and satisfaction with treatment. With this being said, we can work together to get you back on track in a timely and prompt manner.
We are a private billing practice and fees are payable at time of your consultation. We accept cash, EFTPOS, Mastercard and Visa.

When you engage and accept our service you are hereby agreeing to the following terms and conditions:

1. Cancellations
A minimum of 6hrs cancellation notice is required for appointments <60mins in duration. If insufficient notice is given, a late cancellation fee of $25 will be charged.
For appointments of 60min< duration, a 12hr notice is required. If insufficient notice is given, a 50% appointment fee will be charged.
If a cancellation is needed, please try and contact us via a phone call, or voice mail message.

2. No show or late arrival
If you do not attend your appointment, and fail to communicate a cancellation, a 50% consultation fee will apply.
If you arrive late to your appointment, your appointment may be cut short to avoid inconveniencing other patients.

3. Consent for treatment
By engaging and accepting our service, you agree and consent to our clinician performing an examination, treatment, and diagnosis. This process is subject to the clinician’s professional judgement. The appointment duration is a rough guide, and may be slightly shorter or longer in duration depending on the complexity of your condition.

You have the right to discuss treatment options, and expectations. As a patient, you have the right to decline treatment if you wish.

You understand that treatments can very rarely have adverse associated risks, including stiffness and soreness, soft tissue injury, neurological complications, cerebrovascular injuries, skin irritations, burns and other minor complications.

4. Private health insurance
We accept all major private health fund cards and rebates can be processed at the time (depending on location) of your consultation. If your private health fund does not pay part of your claim at time of processing you will be asked to pay the full fee and we will provide a copy of your Tax Invoice so you can claim privately.
